GRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRR!!!!! (I know I'm a single minority in this, but Nuclear Man is the baddest bad ass of all the Superman villians. He's like Superboy Prime, without the whiney bratty attitude ("ILL KILL U 2 DEATH!"...really?)

Hte character itself is not bad as a bad guy, the looks may be outdated but a good villain could come out of it in the comics.
