Here's 'La Encantadora' hypnotizing Supergirl.

I know little about this villainess, only that she uses some mist to hypnotize, not eye contact, but the commissioner wanted the eyes effect.

Supergirl costume was asked from some sketches that I did recently. My 'modern' version of the 'hot pants' costume.
