This time Supergirl is defeated by Blackstarr who seems to be enjoying her victory.
Blackstarr is a foe created for Supergirl during her book in the 80s, it's also one of her foes that were re-introduced post crisis since they were good villains, others were PSI and Reactron.
Currently Blackstarr has not meet Supergirl. Back in the 80s series you could believe that Blackstarr was capable of beating Supergirl in a fair fight, PSI too btw...
